We sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. At Almeer Fragrance, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This form is designed to facilitate a seamless exchange or return process.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Almeer Fragrance, we follow the Sunnah and accept returns for any perfume that does not meet your expectations. Please review our policy below:
•    Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
•    Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
•    Returns & exchanges do not apply to Waxes, Candles, Body Mists, Car Fresheners, Air Fresheners, Travel Kit and 5&10ML Spray Testers.
•    Processing time for returns/exchanges is 5-6 working days.
•    This policy is applicable only for online purchases.
Additional Considerations
•    If the cellophane, testers, or box are missing or damaged beyond how it was sent, a small charge may apply.
•    If the perfume has been used up to 10%, a small fee will be applicable. If more than 10% of the product has been used, the return/exchange request will not be eligible.

•    Cellophane – Rs. 20
•    Box – Rs. 50
•    Tester(5ml) – Rs. 250
•    Juice up to 10% usage – Rs. 20
